How I support your project
01A complimentary first visit
Meeting and discovery. I visit your project location to understand your expectations, scheduling constraints and budget objectives. This initial assessment is complimentary and without obligation.
02An initial cost estimate
I provide an initial estimate of your building work costs so we can validate the budget before proceeding.
03The brokerage mandate
If you wish to proceed, you appoint me through a brokerage mandate. I consult contractors on your behalf and compile a complete file, item by item and trade by trade.
04You choose your contractors
I present comparable, negotiated proposals. You select your contractors and sign directly with them.
My role: prepare your project, select qualified contractors and help secure your financial decisions. The work is then carried out and guaranteed directly by your chosen contractors. (Construction project management and site supervision are not part of the brokerage service).
