Completing a house, choosing the right tradespeople and bringing a project to life.
The client’s brief
The client had bought a house on a large plot. The roof, windows and external doors were in place, making the building weatherproof, but the house still needed to be completed and the outdoor spaces developed.
My role as a building works broker
I presented the client with a complete dossier organised by work package, setting out the proposed tradespeople for each trade. For some packages, I presented several contractors and different finish levels so the client could compare proposals and choose according to their expectations and budget.

Interior design and site supervision
Interior design and site supervision were subsequently entrusted to an interior designer. My involvement focused on building works brokerage: presenting tradespeople and their proposals to help the client make informed choices.
