Prepare for handover
Assist you at handover and with following up outstanding items, according to the contracted services.
You remain the client and decision-maker.
You choose the contractors, sign their contracts and approve decisions. Tony’s services, deliverables and limitations are described in writing. An architect or engineering consultant may be involved according to the project.

Technical studies, design and administrative procedures are not automatically included. Responsibility for these will be specified in the proposed scope.
Monitoring is intended to inform your decisions and organise the work. It is not a guarantee of price or completion date.
What does it cost?
Support throughout your building work
I coordinate the contractors, organise and monitor the work through to handover. My fees represent 7–9% of the cost of the work excluding VAT, depending on the size and complexity of the project. The larger the project, the lower the percentage rate.
For small projects, such as renovating a single room, my fees are a fixed fee, agreed after reviewing your project.
From the initial idea to handover
For a complete service, my fees represent 8.5–12% of the cost of the work excluding VAT. This includes project design (the plans are prepared by a partner architect), contractor selection and quote negotiation, followed by organisation and monitoring of the work through to handover. The scope and calculation terms are specified in the proposal.
