HOW I SUPPORT YOU

Prepare the project brief
I consult suitable contractors, gather proposals for each trade and help you understand their scope, differences and exclusions.
Choose with confidence
I introduce the contractors and present the negotiated quotes. You choose the companies and contract directly with them.
A clearly defined brokerage service.
The service covers preparation and the selection of contractors. Site management and supervision require a separate appointment. Contractors remain responsible for carrying out their work.
FEES
What we clarify before the brokerage agreement.
I select reliable, well-rated contractors, invite them to compete and negotiate their quotes. My remuneration represents 3–6% of the cost of the work excluding VAT. The agreed rate, services and payment terms are specified in the brokerage mandate.
The initial discussion and first estimate are free. Contractors’ quotes and the final scope then help refine your project.
